The project brought together several specialized ProMach product brands:

NJM: As a core component of the project, NJM provided the primary packaging machinery, including bottle unscrambler, capper, and labeler, ensuring high throughput and precision.

Axon: Providing shrink banding solutions, Axon’s equipment was pivotal in ensuring product security.

Pace: Like NJM, Pace contributed another layer of bottle unscrambling technology to enhance the line’s efficiency.

Serpa: Serpa’s case packers provided assurance that products were securely packed and ready for distribution.

Quest: At end of the line, Quest’s palletizers automated the stacking and organization of products, optimizing the warehouse space.

Orion: Orion stretch wrappers played a critical role in securing pallets, thus safeguarding the products during transit.

As one of the largest nutraceutical projects in North America, NJM completed this project in under 18 months during the COVID pandemic. The integration of these technologies ensured a smooth and synchronized operation, reducing bottlenecks and minimizing downtime.
