ProMach Pharma Solutions exhibited at Achema in Frankfurt, where product brands WLS, NJM, Pharmaworks, and Zalkin exhibited their packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Machinery highlights included the Pharmaworks TF1 Blister Packaging, the NJM Beltorque BT-1C Inline Capper, WLS VR-72 Vertical Roller Inline Labeler and Autonomy Digital Printer, and Zalkin Cappers. ProMach product brands Fogg, Zalkin, Modern, and P.E. Labellers exhibited at Drinktec for the first time in over 5 years. Fogg showcased their F4.1 filler with 24 filling valves and a Zalkin 8 head capper, which runs 50 ml spirits bottles, fitted with Class 1 Div 1 explosion proof electrics, meeting or exceeding national requirements depending on the country. ProMach product brand Zalkin provides capping solutions and addresses the needs to ensure precise and gentle handling of closures for distilled spirits to prevent even minor visual damage and provides technical solutions to reduce or even remove contact between caps. P.E. Labellers showcased the Simpl-Cut labeler which applies wrap-around labels from a roll, either with hot melt or pre-glued technology. This innovative technology has advantages: blade change in 10 seconds without the use of tools and without adjustments, greater flexibility in the management of formats, and an always clean drum because the glue is applied before cutting the label. At LabelExpo Americas in Chicago, ProMach product brand WLS exhibited the Autonomy Digital Printer, their roll-to-roll digital label printer that prints from blank die-cut labels into fully printed or variable data printed labels allowing customers to order labels in bulk instead of small expensive rush orders and improving label supply lead times.
