What started as a humble home-brewing setup, Noon Whistle Brewing Co is now a flourishing two-location brewery and tap house in Naperville and Lombard, IL. They opened their first tap room in a 5,300 sq ft location and due to increased demand and operation, opened their second location that spans 15,000 sq ft of production space. Paul Kreiner, co-founder of Noon Whistle, attributes this success to a passion for great craft beer, determination, and help from partners like Roberts PolyPro.
“Roberts PolyPro has really helped us out since the beginning of packaging. Ever since we were able to bring in the applicator here in our new facility, we’ve been able to reduce labor costs,” says Kreiner.
In addition to helping with labor costs, previously, Noon Whistle was running 25 cans per minute and is now running at 100 cans per minute, or 6,000 cans per hour. “Now we can package faster and get to a lot more locations faster.”
“It’s a partnership, really,” Keiner adds. “We’re bringing a product but we need that support. If anything goes wrong, they’re the best company by far. Roberts PolyPro has been great.”
