Bottled water and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages like soda and flavored coffee are some of the most in-demand consumer product goods. ProMach and its product brands work with customers in the water and RTD beverage industry around the globe providing packaging solutions such as filling, capping, labeling, and much more. But not until we start adding the numbers up do we really see the magnitude of how ProMach provides the means for consumers to receive everyday necessities like water. Adding the numbers up on an annual and even daily basis can reveal some staggering statistics! So to show ProMach’s breadth of influence, we created this infographic to show how ProMach has a hand in packaging everyday consumer product goods.
A few ProMach solutions are shown here. ProMach product brands Stock and Allpax are leaders in retort and sterilizing equipment for products like coffee with dairy and together their machinery retorts 3.6 million Frappuccino bottles per day. Additionally, ProMach product brand Axon, a leader in shrink sleeve and tamper evident band labeling, has sleevers in the field that sleeve 1.8 million coffee bottles per day. That’s a lot of coffee bottles!
ProMach product brand P.E. Labellers touts machinery worldwide labeling a whopping 5.4 million soda bottles labeled per day. And Code Tech equipment codes 850,000 soda bottles per day at customer sites.
Popular sports drinks are favorites at games and outdoor activities and 4 million of those bottles are filled per day from Fogg fillers, a ProMach product brand and leader in rinsing, filling, and capping equipment.
And of course, the ProMach influence extends to the bottled water industry, where one million cases of water are packaged per day by product brand Bartelt‘s machinery, a leader in cartoning, shrink wrapping, case packing, and tray packing systems. Additionally, a staggering 383 million water bottles are capped per day by customers using Zalkin cappers, and 1.1 million single bottle handles are applied per day by Roberts PolyPro handle applications.
When you look at the statistics, it’s remarkable the volume our customers are operating at each day to provide consumers with the essentials. And it doesn’t stop at just bottled water and beverages. Down every aisle and across every shelf, ProMach is proud to be a part of the critical industries of consumer packaged goods.
