ProMach Pharma brands spent the week at Interphex, a leading tradeshow for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Attendees stopped by the ProMach Pharma booth to see the latest innovations and cutting-edge equipment technologies from NJM Packaging and Dara Pharma, while also highlighting the impressive capabilities of Pharmaworks, WLS, Serpa, Cremer, Steelco, and more. ProMach Pharma brand NJM is the exclusive representative of Cremer, Dara Pharmaceutical Equipment, and Steelco in the U.S. and Canada.
As the North American representative of Steelco’s pharmaceutical solutions, NJM presented Steelco’s products and solutions for washing, sterilization, and decontamination.
On the show floor was the Courser® 230 Vial / Syringe labeler, designed to meet the growing needs of biotech companies and 503B pharmacies for personalized medicine packaging. It can be built to handle both vials and syringes or dedicated to one. This compact labeler features a trunnion starwheel for optimal label skew control and positive handling of vials, syringes, and/or other small or unstable packages such as ampules, cartridges, centrifuge tubes, and auto-injectors and achieves speeds of up to 250 vials per minute and 200 syringes per minute.
Also exhibited was the Beltorque BT-IC In-Line Capper, which features high-quality and precise cap tightening with the use of synchronized belts. The continuous-motion, unit has a single control for torque adjustment, and operates at speeds up to 150 units per minute.
Finally, the SX-310-RDL Linear machine for automatic feeding, filling, and closing of vials with RayDyLyo® caps was on the show floor. The SX-310-RDL fills vials from 0.1 ÷ 250 ml with 100% IPC at output up to 7,200 uph.
